Senior Researcher at Shelter
Liam Reynolds is a Senior Researcher at Shelter, and has worked for them for 13 years. In this time he has managed influential research on many topics, including Housing Benefit reform, private renting and public attitudes to housebuilding.
Liam’s work has appeared on national newspaper front pages and trended on Twitter, as well as achieving slower burning successes such as new legislation banning ‘revenge evictions’ and letting agent fees. Liam has worked with MPC on understanding public attitudes to housebuilding for a number of years now, and carried out the analysis in the new report being launched at the conference.
